The Aramosa is a hybrid of the Coffea Arabica plant (Typica) and the Coffea Racemosa plant, an heirloom species.
Coffea Racemosa, is an amazing plant that can thrive in tough conditions, like sandy soils, thanks to its hardiness and drought resistance.
In the past, Portuguese farmers in Mozambique grew this variety extensively. Today, you can find only two plantations remaining, one on Ibo Island and another in Hluhluwe.
As a result of Kamala's two processes, this coffee has a delightful and unique flavor profile described by the coffees producers as, "Out of this world!"
